On June 6, Thach An District People's Council, term XX, term 6 - 2021 held the 2026th meeting (thematic). Attending were Mr. Hoang Van Thach, Provincial Member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
The meeting approved the report on the adjustment and supplementation of the medium-term public investment plan for the 2021-2025 period with the local budget in Thach An district; The report on the adjustment and supplement of some contents of Resolution No. 19/NQ-HDND of the People's Council of Thach An district on the allocation of detailed state budget capital according to the list of investment projects to implement the national target programs in 2023 in the area of Thach An district; Proposal to amend and supplement some contents of Resolution No. 25/NQ-People's Council of Thach An District People's Council on deciding on estimates of State budget revenues in the area, local budget expenditures; local budget allocation plan in 2023; approved the report on the adjustment of the general planning of Dong Khe town, period of 2022 - 2025; Verification report of the Economic - Social Committee of the District People's Council.
After discussion, the delegates unanimously voted to approve the following resolutions: Adjusting and supplementing the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025 with local budget capital of Thach An district (5th time); Resolution No. 19/NQ-HDND dated December 20, 12 of Thach An District People's Council on the allocation of detailed state budget capital according to the list of investment projects to implement national target programs in 2022 in Thach An district; Resolution No. 2023/NQ-HDND dated December 25, 20 of the People's Council of Thach An district on deciding the estimate of State budget revenue in the area, local budget expenditure, local budget allocation plan in 12' Resolution on Adjustment plan of Dong Khe town, Thach An district, period 2022-2023 at the rate of 2022/2025.
Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Hoang Van Thach suggested that the delegates of Thach An District People's Council continue to uphold their sense of responsibility before voters and people, focus their intelligence, and actively participate in discussions at the meeting. Immediately after the meeting, leaders of the District People's Committee focused on directing specialized departments, divisions and localities to urgently put the resolution into practice; The implementation process needs to ensure uniformity and closeness. Strengthen inspection and supervision, do well propaganda to create consensus among the people so that projects can be implemented effectively, strive to successfully complete the goals and tasks of socio-economic development of the locality. Strengthen monitoring and supervision and perform well the functions and duties as prescribed by law; continue to study, disseminate and master the resolutions issued at the meeting; renovate the work of contacting voters to listen to the people's opinions, thoughts and aspirations more comprehensively.
