Following President Ho Chi Minh's example of "mutual support and compassion," Ms. Nguyen Thi Binh, a member of the Women's Union in Vinh Quoi hamlet, Vinh An commune (Chau Thanh district), is a shining example of responsible social welfare work. She has consistently and enthusiastically participated in the Women's Union's activities and local movements since 2007, making significant contributions to the commune's Women's Union in implementing these initiatives. During the COVID-19 social distancing period, she demonstrated the spirit of "mutual support and compassion," using funds contributed by her family and donations from benefactors to provide 1,800 vegetarian breakfast meals (bread, porridge, noodles, etc.) and 400 sticky rice cakes to the district's centralized quarantine area at Dinh Son Trung and the forces involved in epidemic prevention and control, totaling over 50 million VND.

For over 20 years, Ms. Chau Thi Hong Chanh, Head of the Women's Association in Trung Phu 5 hamlet, Vinh Phu commune (Thoai Son district), has continuously researched and sought solutions, leveraging resources to organize many practical activities to care for the lives of members and women, and to do a good job in association work. Always understanding the circumstances and lives of members, and thinking of ways to help those in difficult situations through practical actions, she is one of the exemplary hamlet branch leaders, enthusiastic, responsible, humble, and simple, loved by everyone. According to Ms. Chanh, learning from and following Uncle Ho means always caring for, helping, and providing timely support to disadvantaged and vulnerable women members. In 2025 alone, she participated in supporting the hamlet committee in mobilizing the Spring Tree Fund, donating 400kg of rice worth 6 million VND; and mobilizing funds for building bridges, roads, and houses with a total of 25 million VND. We mobilized philanthropists to support 10 gift packages worth 3 million VND for disadvantaged women to celebrate Tet; and donated 1.5 million VND to flood victims...
Ms. Chánh also performed well in the association's movements and tasks, actively encouraging female members to enthusiastically participate and respond; during group meetings, she incorporated stories about President Ho Chi Minh for female members and women to learn from and follow in their daily lives...
As for Ms. Ha Thi Tho, the head of the Women's Group in Phu Tay hamlet, Phu Long commune (Phu Tan district), who is over 65 years old and has participated in women's association work for nearly 15 years, she is an enthusiastic and responsible leader. She is always concerned about how to help members deeply understand the meaning of studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh ; that is the guiding principle for members and women to apply and follow in their daily lives through specific and practical actions...
In the movements launched by the Women's Union of the commune, Ms. Tho has always been a leader and actively propagated and mobilized members to participate in several typical activities, such as: promoting the "Piggy Bank" model, "Saving at least 5,000 VND/day on daily grocery expenses"; participating in environmental protection work, mobilizing each member's family to maintain cleanliness around their homes, raising awareness of environmental protection among women and people in the residential area... Through practical actions, in 2023, she was awarded by the Women's Union of the commune for her achievements in studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh with the "5 No's, 3 Cleanliness" movement...
