The weather in Phu Tho province was generally cloudy, no rain, with scattered light fog in the early morning. The night and morning were cold. The temperature at 7am on January 24 in the province was generally 18-19 degrees Celsius.
According to forecasts, around the night of January 25 and the morning of January 26, this cold air mass will affect the Northeast region and then affect Phu Tho province. The Northeast wind will gradually increase to level 3. From the evening and night of January 26, the weather will turn cold. The lowest temperature in this cold air mass is commonly from 9-12 degrees.
Due to the influence of the cold air, from the night of January 25-26, Phu Tho province will have scattered showers and thunderstorms. During the thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind. People should pay attention to the cold weather that can affect human health, especially the elderly and children; and affect crops and livestock.
