In 2025, the Party Building Committee advised the Ward Party Committee on the effective implementation of Party building and the political system, achieving many important results. Notably, it successfully advised on the organization of the First Congress of the Binh Duc Ward Party Committee, term 2025-2030, ensuring adherence to procedures, democracy, unity, and high consensus; and effectively implemented the restructuring of the organizational apparatus towards a streamlined, effective, and efficient model.
The development and management of Party members have been emphasized. The political system's mass mobilization work continues to be reformed, promoting democracy at the grassroots level. The ward has consolidated all 20/20 neighborhood mass mobilization teams with 183 members, operating in an orderly manner and closely adhering to the local area; the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" and "Exemplary Mass Mobilization Team" models have proven effective, contributing to maintaining political and social stability and improving the lives of the people.

On this occasion, the Party Committee of Binh Duc Ward announced the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee approving the appointment of Comrade Le Minh Tai, a specialist in the Party Building Department, as a member of the Ward Party Committee's Inspection Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
