Mr. Kevin Joong Kwon officially assumed the role of General Director of Prudential Vietnam, following approval from the Ministry of Finance .

In his new role, Mr. Kwon is expected to lead and implement Prudential's strategy in Vietnam, one of Prudential Group's most important growth markets in Asia. He will focus on enhancing customer experience, expanding distribution capabilities, and maintaining Prudential Vietnam's market position, thereby committing to creating long-term sustainable value.
Mr. Kevin Joong Kwon, General Director of Prudential Vietnam, has over 25 years of experience in the life insurance and financial services industry in the Asian region.

Mr. Kwon began his career in life insurance at Prudential and has held numerous senior positions across various markets and at leading insurance companies. He possesses extensive expertise in a wide range of areas including agency channels, bank partnerships, insurance transactions, products, and corporate strategy.
In 2024, Prudential Vietnam continued to strengthen its operations, enhance customer experience, and proactively adapt to market fluctuations. The company's total assets, as announced, reached VND 189 trillion, a 7% increase year-on-year, affirming its position as the second largest life insurance company in terms of asset size and the largest among foreign life insurance companies in Vietnam. Total investment assets increased by 10.3%, reaching VND 168.2 trillion.
With a strong solvency margin of 193%, Prudential states that it is always ready to fully meet its insurance obligations and provide long-term financial security for its customers.
