Recently, the music video "Victory - Bond in Vietnam," filmed in Ha Long Bay, was released. The MV is part of the "Good Morning Vietnam" project by Nhan Dan Newspaper and IB Group, aiming to promote Vietnamese culture and tourism through the influence of international stars. Mr. Nguyen Thuy Duong, Chairman of IB Group and Production Director of the "Victory - Bond in Vietnam" MV project, stated: "Ha Long Bay possesses unimaginable beauty, and its status as a World Natural Heritage site is the clearest proof of that. When we chose Ha Long Bay for the filming of the MV, its beauty served as a guarantee of core values and the creation of artistic footage. We aim to further spread the image of Ha Long Bay, a World Natural Heritage site, to domestic and international tourists, especially music lovers worldwide, through its appearance in the 'Victory - Bond in Vietnam' MV."
The images of the four artists from the world's most successful quartet, playing their instruments in traditional Vietnamese ao dai costumes amidst the sea and sky of the heritage site, have painted a wonderful picture, both familiar and unique, of the world natural wonder of Ha Long Bay. Notably, the music video has been donated to Quang Ninh province, media outlets, travel agencies, airlines, etc., for use in tourism promotion and marketing activities across all platforms.

During the 2025 Hung Kings Commemoration Day holiday, families of actors and celebrities, such as Miss Vietnam 2018 runner-up Bui Phuong Nga and actor Binh An; actress Hoang Kim Ngoc, actor Do Duy Nam… visited and promoted the image of Ha Long Bay to many friends both domestically and internationally. Mr. Vu Kien Cuong, Head of the Ha Long Bay Management Board, shared: "Promoting Ha Long Bay tourism is one of the key tasks to help attract tourists. The experiences of celebrities create a positive impression, encouraging tourists to visit and experience this world natural wonder. In the future, in addition to promoting the unique natural and cultural values of the bay, the unit will continue to develop and introduce many new tourism products, providing diverse experiences for visitors." At the same time, strengthening the management and protection of Ha Long Bay's environment, improving service quality, and preparing all conditions to welcome tourists, especially high-quality tourists, will make a significant contribution to Quang Ninh achieving its goal of welcoming approximately 20 million tourists in 2025.
