Launching the Ba Tri Poetry Club

On the morning of July 2nd, the People's Committee of Ba Tri commune held a meeting to launch the Ba Tri Poetry Club in commemoration of the 204th anniversary of the birth of the renowned figure Nguyen Dinh Chieu. This is a meaningful cultural activity, contributing to creating a healthy and beneficial playground for poetry lovers, amateur writers, and the elderly in the area.

The Executive Board of the Ba Tri Poetry Club has been introduced.

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee announced the decision to establish the Ba Tri Poetry Club, introduced the Executive Board, and approved the operating regulations.

The Ba Tri Poetry Club has a Management Board consisting of 5 members; among them, Mr. Le Quang Luong (pen name Quang Luong) is entrusted with the role of Chairman.

Speaking at the launch event, Phan Hoang Dieu, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ba Tri Commune, emphasized that the establishment of the club aims to create an environment for exchange and creative writing, contributing to the preservation and promotion of cultural, literary, and artistic values; and at the same time, enriching the spiritual life of the people. The club will be a common home for poetry lovers to meet, exchange experiences, nurture their passion for writing, and spread their love of literature in the community.

The Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ba Tri commune suggested that the Ba Tri Poetry Club's Steering Committee proactively innovate the content and diversify the forms of its activities. The club's activities should be linked to the task of promoting and encouraging patriotic emulation movements, building cultural life at the grassroots level, and contributing to spreading good humanistic and moral values in society.
