Attending the event were Mr. Toan Nguyen, Standing Member of the Vietnam Tourism Association; Mr. Nguyen Huu Viet, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Information and Trade Promotion Center; Mr. Nguyen Tien Dat, Vice President of the Hanoi Tourism Association; Dr. Ngo Trung Ha, Principal of Pegasus International College Hanoi; Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Ha, President of the Hanoi City Communication Association, along with chefs, owners of food businesses, enterprises and training institutions in the culinary-tourism sector.
The Hanoi Chefs Team is led by Chef Nguyen Cong Chung, Executive Chef of the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel and the first international 5-star hotel chef in Vietnam, along with a coaching staff and member chefs selected from the most outstanding, experienced, and talented individuals in Hanoi's culinary industry.
According to Chef Ha Hai Doan, President of the Hanoi Professional Chefs Association, the Hanoi Chefs Team was established with the goal of participating in prestigious culinary competitions around the world . This not only enhances the professional skills of chefs but also plays a crucial role in promoting and exchanging culinary culture, contributing to leaving a lasting impression of Hanoi and Vietnamese cuisine on international diners.

Alongside professional activities, more than 50 brands in the fields of ingredients, equipment, training, and culinary services participated in exhibiting and introducing products serving the culinary industry. Many prominent brands such as Maggi, Green Food Company, IVCOM Wine Distribution Company, Sao Mai Culinary Training Center, and other reputable businesses and suppliers created a vibrant networking space between the culinary community and businesses.
One of the most emotionally impactful highlights of the program was the fundraising auction for the Hanoi Chefs Team, featuring a prestigious painting by artist Viet Hung. The auction attracted enthusiastic participation from many leading Vietnamese chefs such as MasterChef Pham Tuan Hai, chefs Nguyen Dinh Hung, Nguyen Danh Hinh, Truong Cong Le, and Mr. Food… The initial fundraising total reached 118.5 million VND, with the Pham Tuan Hai Chefs Group alone contributing 50 million VND, demonstrating the solidarity and strong support of the culinary community for the team.
Within the framework of the event, the Hanoi Professional Chefs Association was honored to receive certificates of merit from the Vietnam Tourism Association, the Hanoi Department of Tourism, and the Hanoi Tourism Association, recognizing its positive contributions to the development of Vietnamese cuisine. The panel discussions and professional sharing sessions provided a multifaceted perspective on the modern culinary industry, from culinary students with the ability to present and ask in-depth questions in foreign languages to international speakers, to successful chefs acting as speakers, inspiring the younger generation.
