The music video "The City Shines in His Name," officially released on the evening of July 1st, brings together more than 50 artists and spreads love and pride for the city named after President Ho Chi Minh.

On the evening of July 1st, the music video " The "City Shines in His Name" campaign officially launched on various digital platforms to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the day Saigon - Gia Dinh city was officially honored with the name of President Ho Chi Minh (July 2, 1976 - July 2, 2026).

This project, commemorating the 50th anniversary of Ho Chi Minh City, was undertaken by the Party Cell of the Culture and Arts Department, Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee. The work was created by Mai Tram and Mai Anh and produced by Young Film Studio.

According to the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, the music video was created to express the profound respect and gratitude of generations of city residents towards President Ho Chi Minh, while also spreading pride in Ho Chi Minh City.

From 7 PM on July 1st, "The City Shines in the Name of the Great Leader" was simultaneously released on the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's electronic portal, the YouTube channel and fanpage of the City's Literary and Artistic Criticism, cultural and artistic information pages, fanpages of wards, communes, and special zones in Ho Chi Minh City, and many social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok of artists and KOLs participating in the project.
