On the afternoon of March 26, the Central Steering Committee on Science , Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation (the Steering Committee) held a ceremony to launch the movement and introduce the "Digital Popular Education" platform.
The "Popular Education Movement" was launched to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, and Resolution No. 03/NQ-CP of the Government on promulgating the Government's Action Program to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.
The movement helps people access and utilize technology in their lives, forming communities that adapt to digital transformation; participating in building a digital government, digital society, digital economy , and digital citizens.
