Based on the design and technology of polyurethane-coated steel belts (flat cables) from Otis' best-selling Gen2 elevator series, the new Gen3 elevators are available with and without machine rooms, suitable for a wide range of building applications, including low-rise residential buildings, apartment buildings, shopping malls, hotels, medical centers, and industrial facilities.

Otis's eView screens in elevators allow for the playback of entertainment programs, building updates, weather forecasts, news highlights, or promotional videos . In case of emergency, the e-View screens enable connection to the 24/7 OTISLINE® customer support center via video, providing peace of mind for passengers.

Compass360's intelligent destination control technology analyzes the destination before passengers enter the elevator. With SmartGrouping technology, Compass360 groups passengers going to the same floor to get them to their destination faster, reducing waiting times by up to 50% during peak hours.

With the Otis eCall™ Plus app, passengers can call elevators and floor numbers from their smartphones, skipping the step of pressing the elevator call button.

In keeping with Otis's commitment to sustainability, the Gen3 elevator includes the Otis ReGen™ energy regeneration system, LED lighting, and a sleep mode to help reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions.
