From the very first day of enrollment, the atmosphere was bustling as many candidates arrived at the school to complete the necessary steps and officially confirm their status as new HUTECH students. Amidst the joy of being accepted and entering the university environment, many students also felt a sense of bewilderment and nervousness.
As one of the early arrivals, Truong Thi Uyen Vy - a new student majoring in logistics and supply chain management - shared: "To prepare for the enrollment ceremony, I traveled with my father from Ninh Thuan last night, arriving at the school at 4 am. It's my first time here, so I was a little nervous, but luckily, the volunteers were very helpful, which made me feel more at ease."
Sharing similar sentiments, Nguyen Duong Quynh Huong, a new student majoring in event management, said: "Today I came to enroll alone, but I wasn't too worried because the volunteer staff were very enthusiastic in assisting with the procedures, making me feel close and comfortable. I hope to have many exciting experiences during my time at the school."
Quynh Huong felt confident thanks to the dedicated support from the teachers and volunteers.
Parents also feel more at ease.
Accompanying new students on their first day in the university environment, parents also have many concerns about their children's studies, accommodation, and transportation.
Mr. Pham Hoang Trung (Vung Tau) - parent of new student Pham Hoang Dat, majoring in automotive engineering technology - said: "I was very surprised that the school has partnerships to support new students in finding accommodation and dormitories. Now that my son has been able to live in the dormitory, I feel more at ease about the safety and quality of his living situation throughout his years studying away from home."
Meanwhile, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Loan, the parent of Lu Phuoc Thua, a new student in the Information Technology program, praised the enrollment support team: "My family lives in Tra Vinh , and my son and I left at 2 AM to arrive in time for the enrollment process. When we arrived, the staff were very enthusiastic in assisting us from the moment we entered the gate. They proactively asked about our situation and guided us so that we could follow the correct procedures and complete the paperwork as quickly as possible, which made a very positive impression on me."
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Loan had high praise for the support team.
To ensure the best possible support for candidates and parents in completing the enrollment procedures quickly, the school's reception staff were on duty before 6:00 AM.
From guiding students to convenient parking locations; providing an overview of the enrollment process; receiving applications and assigning classes; confirming student status; and advising on dormitory and rental accommodation, all steps were guided meticulously and professionally. The support of the teachers and volunteer team helped the new students overcome their initial anxieties and readily integrate into their new journey. Families were also reassured about their children's upcoming life away from home.
Teachers and volunteers are always available to assist new students with the enrollment process.
