The festival includes activities such as: a competition for wrapping and cooking banh chung and banh tet (traditional Vietnamese rice cakes); a competition for decorating spaces with the theme "Traditional Tet in the heart of modern Tet"; a competition for writing couplets, cooking Tet meals, and traditional folk games.

Additionally, on the evening of February 12th, a cultural exchange program was held with the theme "Celebrating the glorious Party, celebrating the Year of the Horse," and gifts were presented to underprivileged children sponsored by agencies and units within the provincial armed forces.
In addition, all the banh chung and banh tet (traditional Vietnamese rice cakes) will be donated along with other gifts to needy individuals receiving treatment at the Provincial Central General Hospital, Quy Nhon Psychiatric Hospital; and those being cared for at the Dong Tam Social Welfare Center and the SOS Children's Village Quy Nhon.

The program aims to promote and educate officers, soldiers, and youth union members about the traditional beauty and culture of the Vietnamese Lunar New Year; and to awaken the spirit of mutual support and sharing difficulties with disadvantaged families during Tet.
This strengthens the close-knit solidarity between the military and the people; creating motivation for officers and soldiers of agencies and units to unite and strive to excellently fulfill their assigned tasks.

* At the same time, the 31st Division ( thuộc 34th Corps, stationed in Tuy Phuoc Tay commune) also coordinated with the Party committee, government and people of Canh Vinh commune to organize the program "Making green sticky rice cakes - Celebrating the glorious Party, celebrating the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026".
This activity contributes to strengthening the people's trust in the area where the division is stationed, creating a foundation for the division to always successfully complete all assigned tasks.
