A lively festival at the village cultural centers.

Village and neighborhood cultural centers serve as community spaces for residents, contributing to the preservation and promotion of the unique cultural and artistic values ​​of each locality. They also nurture and cultivate artistic talents, forming the core of the " Quang Ninh Province Outstanding Village and Neighborhood Cultural Center Arts Festival." Held every three years, this year's festival features 13 teams representing 13 districts, towns, and cities.

The Organizing Committee presented commemorative flags to the participating teams at the 2024 Quang Ninh Province Outstanding Village and Neighborhood Cultural Center Arts Festival.

Ms. Lai Thi Hoa (Binh Lieu district) and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong (Quang Yen town) shared: "The Binh Lieu team participated with unique performances specific to the district, such as Then singing of the Tay people, Pa Dung singing of the Dao people; and Soong Co singing of the San Chi people. The skit addressed the eradication of superstition and outdated customs. Normally, we perform these acts in community activities already. We didn't need to practice for a long time. The Quang Yen team has 50 people. Everyone is excited and just wants to perform."

The festival took place over two days, August 27th and 28th.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, Deputy Director of the Quang Ninh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, emphasized that this is a widespread cultural activity to further enhance the position, role, and importance of culture in life for all levels of Party committees, authorities, and the entire population, encouraging and motivating the people of all ethnic groups in Quang Ninh province to successfully implement the Resolutions of the Party Congress at all levels: "Through the festival, each official and cultural worker will exchange and learn from each other in the management and organization of local activities, especially through these events to discover young talents in the grassroots cultural movement, to train them, and guide them towards becoming artists and singers of the mining region and the nation."
