In the third matchday of the 2024/2025 AFC Champions League group stage, Ronaldo's Al Nassr will travel to face Esteghlal FC (Iran). Due to the unstable security situation in Iran, the match will be held in Dubai (UAE).
With a higher quality squad, Al Nassr created numerous clear scoring opportunities but were unable to convert them into goals due to Esteghlal's tenacious defense.
