Brilliant Spring Festival of the Ancestral Land

In January, the land and sky enter Spring, the countryside changes into new clothes, people's hearts rejoice in the music, the sound of festival drums urges their steps. Like many other countrysides across the country, Phu Tho bustles with the Spring Festival, inviting visitors from all over to come and admire the scenery, explore and experience the unique cultural colors of the heritage land, the origin of the Vietnamese people; praying for a new year of prosperity, warmth for everyone, and happiness for every family.

Of the nearly 260 festivals held annually in Phu Tho , nearly 150 festivals are held in January, attracting thousands of pilgrims to Phu Tho for spring.

The Au Co Temple Festival (Hien Luong Commune, Ha Hoa District) is the "opening" event for a series of activities of the Spring Festival of the Ancestral Land.

Dressed in festive costumes, the people of Di Nau village held a ceremony to bring Saint Cao Son to the International Temple (Di Nau commune, Tam Nong district).

The beautiful "princess" in the Festival of the Princess of Vi village - Treo village (Hung Son town, Lam Thao district).

The play "Hundred Arts Presenting the Village" or "Four People's Professions" is performed by people in many localities in the province during the New Year festival.
