This is a national-level cultural event, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, bringing together more than 700 Cham artisans, performers, and athletes from 7 provinces and cities including Khanh Hoa, Gia Lai, Lam Dong, Tay Ninh, An Giang , Dak Lak and Ho Chi Minh City.

Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan attended and delivered a keynote speech at the opening ceremony on the evening of June 26th at the April 16th Monument Square, Dong Hai Ward, Khanh Hoa Province. The Vice President emphasized that Cham culture is a treasure trove of unique heritage with a system of special national relics, national treasures, the Katê and Ramưoan festivals, along with the Bau Truc pottery village and brocade weaving, all values that have made significant contributions to the flow of Vietnamese culture.

Over the three days of the festival, the April 16th Square in Phan Rang City transformed into a cultural space spanning over 5,000 square meters, hosting a series of continuous activities. Highlights included spectacular performances of traditional rituals by seven groups, ranging from the Rija Harei ceremony of the Cham people of Khanh Hoa, the Kadhar shaman ordination ceremony of Lam Dong with its impressive fire-biting dance, the village deity worship ceremony of the Cham Hroi people of Gia Lai, to the traditional wedding ceremony of the Cham Muslims from An Giang and Tay Ninh. Each ritual told a unique story about the spiritual life, customs, and cultural identity of each Cham community across the country.

Besides cultural activities, the sports competition, featuring five events including football, volleyball, stick pushing, tug-of-war, and women's water team, took place from June 26-28 at the Provincial Sports Competition Service Center, Bao An Ward. Among these, the water team event, with female athletes wearing traditional Cham ethnic costumes, barefoot, and balancing ceramic jars on their heads while running, was the most culturally significant and attracted the largest number of spectators throughout the competition days.

On the night of June 27th, the Chăm ethnic arts and costume festival, featuring performances by 7 groups, illuminated the stage at the April 16th Monument Square with the lively sounds of ghinang drums and saranai horns. The festival concluded with a closing ceremony on the evening of June 28th, including the handover of the flag for hosting the 7th Chăm Ethnic Culture Festival, tentatively scheduled for 2031 in An Giang.

Vietnam encourages US businesses to expand investment in high technology.On the morning of June 26th, at the Government Headquarters, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung received Mr. Jeff Place, Supply Chain Director of Coherent Group (USA). During the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister affirmed that Vietnam encourages US businesses to expand investment, especially in high-tech, innovation, and semiconductor industries.
