The Cham ethnic minority is 100% Muslim. The people consistently abide by the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, closely cooperate with the government, the Fatherland Front, and other organizations, and actively participate in local movements and initiatives.
Over the years, programs, projects, and policies for ethnic minorities have always received attention and been effectively implemented by local Party committees and authorities. As a result, the material and spiritual lives of ethnic minorities have improved, and they have absolute trust in the leadership of the Party.

The head of neighborhood 21, Tan Ninh ward, En Ha SINA, said: “Most households live off rice farming and livestock raising. We Cham people have lived here for a long time, so we have early access to farming and animal husbandry, and know how to switch to suitable crops and livestock.”
Nowadays, rice farmers know how to apply science and technology, use new varieties, sow in rows to save seeds and increase yields, apply balanced fertilization and pest and disease control measures; and no longer keep buffaloes and cows in front of their houses as before.”
In recent years, thanks to the attention and investment in infrastructure by authorities at all levels, all roads in ethnic minority areas have been asphalted or concreted; 100% of ethnic minority households use the national power grid, have solid houses, and there are no longer any temporary or dilapidated houses.
The people all have health insurance cards supported by the state budget. Schools and health centers are well-built, meeting the needs for medical examination, treatment, and education. The ISLAM Representative Board also organizes the teaching of the Cham language to the children. "When we went to school, we were exempt from tuition fees and lived in the boarding school; the school took care of everything from food to schooling," said Y Loi, a former student of the Tay Ninh Provincial Ethnic Boarding School.

Spring is not only present in the vibrant colors of flowers and the bustling rhythm of life in the early days of the new year, but it also permeates the mindset, beliefs, and consensus of the ethnic minority people in the area.
Mr. Cham Mit, one of the first Party members in the Cham community in the area, remains steadfastly loyal to the Party and hopes his children will continue this tradition. “My family currently has six Party members. I am very happy and proud that my children always strive, work hard, and constantly learn and improve themselves, especially by always being friendly and helpful to their neighbors, setting an example for future generations to follow,” Mr. Cham Mit shared.
Trust, built on practical experience, sound policies, and sustainable changes, is becoming the driving force that allows people to work, produce, and build increasingly better lives with peace of mind.
Amidst the profound changes taking place in the country, the Cham community in particular, and ethnic minorities in general, continue to stand alongside and work together with the Party, the State, and local authorities, contributing to the continuation of the nation's development journey in this era of national progress.
