SAMCO officially becomes Vinfast car distributor

Saigon Transport Mechanical Corporation (SAMCO) officially became the distributor of Vietnamese branded vehicles - Vinfast . SAMCO Binh Tan dealer is the place to display, distribute and provide services for Vinfast electric vehicles.

The opening ceremony of Vinfast - SAMCO Binh Tan dealership took place on the morning of October 19, 2024, marking a milestone in the 20-year development journey of Saigon Transport Mechanical Corporation (SAMCO). Samco representative said that the opening of this dealership was carried out very quickly, in less than 2 months, to create opportunities for customers in the Ho Chi Minh City area to access the best services, while capturing the prevailing trend in many countries around the world when applying electric cars in the green transition to life in Vietnam.

Vinfast Dealer - SAMCO Binh Tan is located at 1135 National Highway 1, Tan Tao Ward, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City, with a total showroom area of 805m2 and a service workshop of 1,960m2 with modern equipment and a team of professionally trained staff. It is expected that 10 - 12 charging stations for electric vehicles will be arranged here.

At the product display area, customers will experience and learn about advanced technology along with smart features of the first electric vehicles manufactured in Vietnam and Vinfast branded cars.

Vinfast representative said that Vinfast's cooperation with Samco to open a car dealership in Binh Tan district is not only an important milestone for the two businesses, but also a meaningful event for the electric car enthusiast community in Ho Chi Minh City. This cooperation is not simply about expanding the dealership but also an important step in Vinfast's strategy to bring smart, safe and environmentally friendly electric cars closer to the people of Ho Chi Minh City. Each electric car rolling on the street will be a green symbol, contributing to building a green and sustainable future for Ho Chi Minh City in particular and Vietnam in general.

Vinfast - Samco Binh Tan car dealership with modern equipment, wishes to reach the capacity of serving customers using the service of more than 12,000 vehicles for repair, maintenance, bodywork, painting, ... each year. According to the plan, in the first year, the output of cars sold is 264 vehicles, the number of service repair vehicles is 12,367 vehicles. The output of cars sold increases by 10% and the output of services increases by 5% each year.
