To ensure the tournament meets technical and aesthetic requirements, Mr. Vu Quang Dung, Head of the Provincial Project Management Board for Civil and Industrial Construction Projects, stated: The unit is coordinating with relevant units to conduct thorough and safe acceptance testing of the project before it is put into use. Simultaneously, a comprehensive cleaning of the entire area is being carried out, along with the planting of additional trees, flowers, and grass to create a bright, green, clean, and beautiful landscape.

According to Mr. Doan Van Cong, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism , after the project is handed over, the Department will proceed with installing equipment in the functional rooms, arranging the grandstands, numbering the seats, and implementing other necessary items. All are required to be completed before December 11th.
Regarding the invitation tickets, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism completed printing and distribution to registered units on December 8th. The Department also worked with food providers and souvenir manufacturers to finalize a plan for serving food and drinks in the stadium area; all products must have clear packaging and labels, ensuring food safety and hygiene.
Regarding the road connecting Bac Son Road to the Provincial Sports Complex, the Provincial Project Management Board for Investment in Transportation and Agriculture Construction has been urging the contractor to accelerate construction progress, committing to completing the asphalt paving of the entire route before December 10th. At the same time, the unit will organize thorough cleaning to ensure smooth traffic flow for spectators throughout the event.

These days, the Department of Agriculture and Environment is directing relevant units to set up three areas to install 18 additional mobile toilets and trash bins; at the same time, 20 staff members are being mobilized to perform cleaning duties. The unit is also organizing water spraying along the road leading to the stadium, ensuring cleanliness, convenience of use, and aesthetic appeal.
Regarding medical, emergency, and disease prevention measures, Mr. Do Trong Vu, Deputy Director of the Department of Health, stated that the Department has organized survey and inspection teams to check all accommodation facilities for coaches, referees, and football teams, in order to control and ensure food safety and hygiene. Simultaneously, the Health sector is coordinating with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to strictly control products and food served at the stadium.
The Department of Health assigned Hospital A the responsibility for all medical services for the tournament, including healthcare for event spectators, organizational staff, and especially the players, coaches, and referees.

The Provincial Police, in coordination with the Provincial Military Command and other agencies, units, and localities, developed a plan to ensure political security, social order and safety, traffic safety, fire prevention and control, and cybersecurity. Functional forces surveyed and agreed on routes, parking areas, transportation plans for delegates, clubs, guests, and emergency exits, ensuring a scientific, safe, and smooth traffic flow.

To ensure that the opening ceremony and the entire tournament are conducted in a solemn, systematic, spectacular, scientific, and safe manner, Comrade Bui Van Luong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and Head of the Organizing Committee, requested the Office of the Provincial People's Committee to continuously convene meetings to review progress and assign specific tasks to each department, agency, and locality.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a press conference to provide official information on the preparations, helping media agencies to disseminate information promptly and comprehensively. In particular, the department requested that people refrain from using drones and other flying vehicles in the event area without permission from the authorities.
According to the plan, the number of tickets allocated is based on the stadium's capacity of 22,000 seats. For spectators who cannot attend the stadium, the matches will be broadcast live on VTV Cab. Thai Nguyen Newspaper and Radio and Television, along with several regional stations, will cooperate to broadcast the matches to serve a wider audience.

The opening ceremony will feature a light show, lasers, low-altitude fireworks, CO2 stage effects, and fire set to modern music combined with traditional instruments. |
