With a capacity of 22,000 spectators, this place promises to bring an exciting atmosphere right from the opening event after the inauguration ceremony, attracting great attention from fans in the province and the whole country.

In order for the tournament to be organized to ensure technical and aesthetic requirements, Mr. Vu Quang Dung, Head of the Provincial Department of Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management, said: The unit is coordinating with related units to organize the acceptance of the project to ensure strictness and safety before putting it into use. Along with that, the entire area is being cleaned, and additional trees, flowers, and grass are being planted to create a bright, green, clean and beautiful landscape.

The stadium turf is well maintained.

According to Mr. Doan Van Cong, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism , after the project is handed over, the Department will install equipment in functional rooms, arrange the stands, post seat numbers and carry out other necessary items. All are required to be completed before December 11.

Regarding the invitation ticket plan, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has completed printing and distributing to registered units on December 8. The Department also worked with catering suppliers and souvenir product manufacturers to unify the plan for serving food and drinks in the stadium area; all products must have clear packaging and labels, ensuring food hygiene and safety.

For the route connecting Bac Son Street to the Provincial Sports Complex, the Provincial Management Board of Investment and Construction of Traffic and Agricultural Works has been requesting the contractor to speed up the construction progress, committing to complete the asphalt paving of the entire route before December 10. At the same time, the unit will organize cleaning to ensure favorable traffic conditions for spectators during the event.

The road connecting Bac Son Street to the Provincial Sports Complex is being accelerated in construction progress, meeting the infrastructure requirements for the inauguration ceremony of the Stadium and the 2025 Thai Nguyen Four-Hero Football Tournament.

These days, the Department of Agriculture and Environment has directed relevant units to arrange three areas to install 18 more mobile toilets and trash bins; at the same time, mobilize 20 staff on duty to clean. The unit also sprayed water on the road leading to the stadium, ensuring cleanliness, convenience of use and creating aesthetics.

Regarding medical, emergency and disease prevention plans, Mr. Do Trong Vu, Deputy Director of the Department of Health, said: The Department has organized survey teams to inspect all accommodation facilities of coaches, referees and football teams, in order to control and ensure food hygiene and safety. At the same time, the Health sector coordinates with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to strictly control products and food served at the stadium.

The Department of Health assigned Hospital A to be responsible for all medical work for the tournament, including health care for spectators attending the event, the organizing staff, and especially the players, coaches, and referees.

The Provincial Police presided over and coordinated with the Provincial Military Command and other agencies, units and localities to develop plans to ensure political security, social order and safety, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting and cyber security. The functional forces surveyed and agreed on travel routes, parking lots, plans to pick up and drop off delegates, clubs, guests and emergency exits, ensuring science, safety and smooth traffic.

In order for the Opening Ceremony and the entire tournament to take place solemnly, methodically, magnificently, scientifically and safely, Comrade Bui Van Luong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Tournament Organizing Committee, requested the Provincial People's Committee Office to continuously convene meetings to review progress and assign specific tasks to each department, branch and locality.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized the sense of responsibility of each unit, absolutely not allowing any mistakes or delays in the preparation process.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a press conference to provide official information on the preparations, helping press agencies to disseminate timely and synchronous information. In particular, the department requested people not to arbitrarily use drones and other flying vehicles in the area where the event takes place without permission from the authorities.

According to the plan, the number of tickets will be allocated based on the capacity of the stadium with 22,000 seats. For spectators who cannot come to the stadium, the matches will be broadcast live on VTV Cab. Thai Nguyen Newspaper and Radio, Television and some regional stations will coordinate to connect the broadcast to serve a large number of viewers.
