Grade 1 Mongthong durian is being purchased by many small traders and fruit wholesalers at 90,000-95,000 VND/kg, grade 2 at 73,000-75,000 VND/kg, and grade 3 at 43,000-45,000 VND/kg. Grade 1 Ri6 durian is priced at 73,000-75,000 VND/kg, and grade 2 at 55,000-60,000 VND/kg. The price increase is due to improved export performance. In addition, the current supply of durian is limited because it is the off-season.
