One Saturday morning,the SHB FC Academy's pitches echoed with the joyful laughter of children. Among them, 10-year-old Gia Khang was engrossed in dribbling under the guidance of dedicated coaches. In the stands, his mother smiled happily, knowing her son was having a memorable summer, filled with both fun and learning. SHB FC Academy is a special program for the children of SHB employees, demonstrating a commitment that transcends work boundaries, reaching out to every family.

The emotional highlight of SHB's 2025 journey was the "SHB & T&T Group Cultural Festival - Stepping Steadfastly into a New Era" event, with the participation of 15,000 employees at My Dinh Stadium. This was an unprecedented event in Vietnamese corporate culture, embodying the spirit of the international Olympic Games, from the torch relay from Hung Temple, the flame illuminating My Dinh Stadium, to the record-breaking national anthem sung from thousands of hearts.

The event not only connects the entire system but also energizes, inspires pride, and prepares everyone for a breakthrough and leading position. Here, each individual is celebrated, and each cultural value is brought to life through images, music, and emotions.

At SHB, the culture of "compassion" goes beyond mere slogans. It's a policy of providing practical support to employees facing life's challenges. Employees suffering from serious illnesses are granted paid leave for up to 12 months, allowing them to focus on treatment without worrying about financial burdens.

The families of Ms. V. (SHB Kinh Bac) and Mr. T. (SHB Hung Yen) are examples. Beyond material support from the Sharing Love Fund, SHB also provides spiritual value through visits, encouragement, and the spreading kindness from colleagues and leadership. Spiritual gifts, handwritten letters, poems, and songs expressing gratitude and appreciation from the family and friends of SHB employees were sent to SHB. Particularly touching was the story of Mrs. Le Binh, mother of Ms. Trinh Thi Ngoc An (SHB Vung Tau). The retired teacher was moved by the event and wrote a folk song about SHB. The work was later adapted by People's Artist Nguyen An Ninh and performed by two Meritorious Artists, Thien Hue and Minh Thong, transporting listeners into an emotional space filled with the distinctive cultural values of SHB.
