This upgrade will allow customers booking rooms at SOJO Hotels to check in/select rooms 100% online via the mobile app and website up to 48 hours before their stay.

Customers simply need to use a device with a camera to scan personal documents, take portrait photos, etc., and upload them to the SOJO Hotels system via either the mobile app or the website. After successfully checking in online, upon arrival, customers only need to perform an additional automated identification process lasting approximately 30 seconds, and then receive their key automatically from the kiosk to go to their room. Previously, customers could only check in online via the mobile app and not on the website.
