Unlike traditional forms of propaganda, organizing online competitions on digital platforms has made the content about the Election Law and the rights and obligations of voters more accessible and relatable to the people.
In Dong Tam 10 residential area, despite their advanced age, Mr. Pham Van Hoanh and Mrs. Tran Thi Kim Chung enthusiastically participated in the competition using their smartphones.
Mr. Pham Van Hoanh, from Dong Tam 10 residential group, shared: "I find this examination method very good. The questions are very practical and help me better understand the standards for National Assembly representatives and People's Council representatives at all levels. With knowledge, we will be more discerning in choosing representatives who will reflect the will and aspirations of the people."
Beyond simply participating in the competition, the content of the contest in Dong Tam 10 residential area also became a topic of discussion in the Party branch's Zalo groups and during community meetings.

Ms. Tran Thi Kim Chung said that the competition helped her and many other citizens better understand the voting process as well as the rights and responsibilities of voters.
Ms. Chung shared: “The widespread impact of the competition has helped housewives like us become more aware of our responsibilities. Each vote is not only a personal right but also a responsibility towards the future of the locality and the country.”
Proactively seeking knowledge about elections has contributed to raising awareness, strengthening people's trust in the Party and the State, and enhancing cohesion within the community.

The competition not only attracted older voters but also received a positive response from youth union members and young people – a young voting force and the core of local propaganda efforts.
In Yen Bai ward, the campaign to promote and encourage participation in the competition was widely implemented through the network of youth union branches.

Mr. Nguyen Kim Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Yen Bai Ward and Secretary of the Ward Youth Union, said: “Immediately after receiving the plan to organize the competition, the Ward Youth Union Executive Committee disseminated it extensively to each branch. We determined that union members are not only participants in the competition but also core communicators, thoroughly understanding the law to spread the spirit of responsibility to their families and residential areas.”
According to Mr. Cuong, integrating legal knowledge into highly interactive online competitions has contributed to innovating the form of propaganda, making it easier for people to access and improving the effectiveness of legal dissemination.

The widespread impact of the competition is also evident in the positive response from officials and employees at various agencies and units. Participating in the competition is not only a responsibility but also helps each official consolidate their knowledge and understand the election process in order to guide the people, contributing to ensuring that election day is democratic, safe, and in accordance with regulations.
With the March 15th election day fast approaching, this competition not only provides practical legal knowledge but also contributes to raising voters' awareness of their rights and responsibilities before the ballot box.

As of February 12, 2026, the competition in Lao Cai province had attracted over 60,000 participants from more than 100 agencies and units. Cam Duong Ward, Lao Cai Ward, Luc Yen Commune, the Department of Education and Training, etc., were among the units with the highest number of participants. According to the plan, the awards ceremony will be held at the end of March 2026.
Through online testing, legal content that was previously theoretical has become more engaging and easier to understand, helping each voter better grasp their role in choosing worthy representatives.
The competition created a broad political forum, arousing the spirit of ownership among officials, Party members, youth union members, and all strata of the people. This widespread influence became the foundation for voters to wisely choose representatives with sufficient virtue and talent, contributing to the success of the national celebration.
Through this process, each ballot not only demonstrates civic rights but also conveys beliefs and expectations for a new term of national renewal and development.
