March is a month that young people are always proud to be chosen by the Party and the State as Youth Month. Joining the nationwide enthusiasm of youth union members, the youth of the Fatherland are also striving to contribute their youthful energy, knowledge, and passion to implement many meaningful and practical projects and tasks, bearing the distinct mark of youth with the spirit of "Where there is a need, there is youth; where there is difficulty, there is youth"...

Affirming responsibility

In implementing the nationwide emulation movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, launched by the Prime Minister with the spirit of: "Everyone contributes what they can, whether they have little or much, their labor or resources"; together with all levels and sectors, the youth of the province have played a pioneering and voluntary role, contributing to the successful achievement of the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the province.

With a sense of responsibility and enthusiasm, youth union members in localities throughout the province have joined hands to contribute their labor to practical tasks. Youth union members in Tan Son district assisted in pouring concrete yards, laying foundations, leveling land, cleaning, transporting construction materials, and jointly inaugurating and handing over a "House of Compassion" to Mr. Ha Van Thang's family in Xuan 2 area, Kim Thuong commune, providing them with a solid and safe place to live. Youth union members in Lam Thao district participated in assisting families in dismantling houses, preparing construction sites, and helping relocate belongings.

Thanks to the concerted efforts of Youth Union branches at all levels throughout the province, many houses have been renovated or newly built, helping people to settle down. These small but meaningful actions have contributed to spreading a humanitarian spirit, empowering families to overcome difficulties, and affirming the pioneering role of young people in joining hands for the poor, ensuring that no one is left behind.

These days, the spirit of Youth Month is spreading throughout the youth union branches in Phu Ninh district with many diverse and rich activities. Highlights include the "Young Doctors' Day Following Uncle Ho's Teachings" program, with activities such as health education, consultation, and care for teachers and students at Bao Thanh Secondary School; providing financial support for the construction and handover of a youth project, "Recreational and Play Area for Children and Youth," in Zone 7, Bao Thanh commune, worth 10 million VND; and participating in the "Volunteer Day for Building a Civilized City" in Phong Chau town with a series of activities including cleaning up the environment, collecting waste, removing illegally placed advertising signs, etc., creating a green, clean, and beautiful landscape.

With the theme "Youth of the Fatherland proudly and steadfastly follow the Party," the 2025 Youth Month is being implemented with many activities aimed at arousing pride in the glorious traditions of the Youth Union in each cadre and Youth Union member. At the same time, it aims to promote the pioneering, volunteer, and creative role of youth in participating in projects and tasks that contribute to fulfilling political and professional duties and participating in socio-economic development.

To ensure that the activities of Youth Month are implemented effectively, the Provincial Youth Union has instructed 100% of its affiliated organizations throughout the province to carry out activities with high action potential, ensuring practicality and effectiveness, closely adhering to the focus of the Youth Union's work and the youth and children's movement in 2025, and aligning with the activity program and local needs.

Specifically, youth union branches have been assigned to undertake projects and tasks for youth participation in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; focusing on building a green, clean, and beautiful environment; and eliminating environmental pollution hotspots. Activities such as the "Volunteer for Building Civilized Urban Areas" campaign, the "Volunteer for Building New Rural Areas" campaign, and the "Green Sunday" campaign have been implemented throughout the province...

Implementing activities to support disadvantaged children and young people, and lonely elderly people; providing free medical examinations, treatment, and medication to the people; organizing visits, care, and assistance to the families and relatives of officers and soldiers serving in border areas, seas, and islands; caring for and supporting disadvantaged children and young workers in industrial zones...

Comrade Bui Duc Giang - Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, said: Amidst the vibrant days of Youth Month, the youth of the Fatherland have demonstrated their pioneering and volunteer spirit with many outstanding activities. Youth Month 2025 is an opportunity for the young generation in the province to show their pioneering, volunteer, and responsible role towards society and the community, to promote their intelligence and enthusiasm, to spread volunteer movements widely, to expand the front of solidarity and gather youth, and to contribute their youthful energy to building a more prosperous and strong homeland.
