Sun Life Vietnam accompanies Saigon Heat to carry out a series of High Hoops Basketball Festival programs and provide teaching support for children aged 8 to 15 in Hanoi , Vinh, Hai Phong, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City respectively.
By participating in the High Hoops festival, children will have an exciting and meaningful weekend by learning skills, playing basketball and interacting with excellent coaches and players of the current VBA champion basketball team for 5 consecutive years - Saigon Heat. In addition, children with good results will also have the opportunity to join the players in the 2025 VBA season.
Basketball festival - High Hoops for children from 8 to 15 years old will be held in Hanoi, Hai Phong, Da Nang , Nghe An and Ho Chi Minh City.
In addition, Sun Life and the Saigon Heat team will coordinate with local schools and clubs to launch community basketball classes for children aged 8 to 13. Each class will have 20 to 35 students, creating conditions for children to access basketball, practice skills, and more importantly, form healthy and active living habits.

In early 2024, Sun Life also cooperated with Saigon Heat and Beyond Sport (part of the "Hoops + Health" cooperation project between Sun Life and Beyond Sport) to invest in renovating a basketball court for young basketball lovers called Sun Life Sports Space, to promote physical activity and a healthier lifestyle for young people, which is the commitment of Sun Life and its partners in providing safe sports courts and improving the physical and mental health of the community.
