According to exclusive sources of Tri Thức - Znews , Faker and his teammates have concluded their three-day trip to Vietnam filled with various activities. The team and their support members from T1 will return home on the night of December 22nd. The League of Legends world champion met with fans, launched a payment card with a Vietnamese bank, and had many other experiences.
At the airport, the T1 members appeared to be in good spirits, interacting with fans on the spot.
The five T1 players, along with their support team members and five championship trophies, will be flown back to South Korea on a private chartered plane. Following their fan meeting in Vietnam, Faker and his teammates still have a packed schedule of commercial and promotional activities ahead of the LCK 2026 season. Compared to their rivals, the world champions face a more challenging time management task.
In a recent interview, Faker stated that promotional activities are a necessary part of a League of Legends player's job. Therefore, they cannot be used as an excuse for failure or poor performance.
T1's meet-and-greet with Vietnamese fans took place on the afternoon of December 21st. The event attracted approximately 10,000 attendees and was streamed online onFPT Play. Domestic viewers expressed their excitement at the friendliness and enthusiasm of the members of the Korean League of Legends team. Faker also promised to return to Vietnam.
At the event, representatives from VP Bank, the organizer, stated that they will be providing exclusive services for Vietnamese eSports fans in the near future. Meeting programs like the T1 fan meeting are one example.
