Báo Thanh niênBáo Thanh niên22/02/2024

Wang Yongbin's *Vi Luo Ye Hua* from the Qing Dynasty, Chen Ji Nho's *Xiao Shuang You Ji* , and Hong Yingming's *Tai Gen Tan* from the Ming Dynasty—these are three essential books for anyone who loves classical Chinese literature and philosophy.

Tam đại kỳ thư về xử thế (cùng quyển Thái Căn Đàm) vừa được phát hành vào tháng 1.2024.

The Three Great Books on Life and Conduct (along with the book "Tai Can Dam") were released in January 2024.

Among them, "Vi Lo Da Thoai" (Conversations Around the Fireplace on a Winter Night) is a famous work by literary critic Vuong Vinh Bin. The fictional setting depicts the author sitting and chatting with a close friend around a warm fire on a cold winter night, discussing matters of "settling down and establishing a career," morality, self-cultivation, learning, raising children, loyalty, filial piety, diligence, and frugality... fostering noble character in the spirit of Confucianism.

"Tieu Song U Ky" is a collection of essays by Tran Ke Nho, comprising 12 volumes. This edition includes the best excerpts from the first four volumes. The book begins with the word "Awakening," as if to warn people, to awaken those who are still hesitant and lost in the dreams of life.

The book includes the original Chinese text to allow readers to appreciate its beauty, along with a translation and commentary to clarify the original's meaning. The concise, simple yet philosophical Vietnamese translation will help readers absorb the wisdom of the ancients, avoid the ambiguities and complexities of life, and strive towards the state of "winning people's hearts" in the most sincere and subtle way.

The book was published by Van Lang Books in January 2024.
