DNO - Many localities in Da Nang are accelerating the progress of land clearance and construction to bring infrastructure projects to completion on schedule, creating momentum for socio-economic development.

Determined to speed up progress

According to the Steering Committee for Compensation and Land Clearance in Hiep Duc Commune, the commune currently manages 79 projects, including 66 ongoing projects and 13 projects planned for 2026. Of these, 19 projects requiring land clearance are under the commune's investment, and 2 projects are under the investment of other agencies and units.

The People's Committee of Hiep Duc commune has reviewed and categorized each project, clearly identifying difficulties and obstacles in order to find solutions. At the same time, they have developed a specific roadmap for each project; mobilized resources and fostered public consensus in land clearance work.

“The workload is enormous, requiring decisive leadership and direction, and the synchronized involvement of the entire political system. The locality is determined to start construction of Road No. 9 in Tan Thuan village and restart two ongoing projects before April 30, 2026. We strive to complete all projects in the area within 2026, ensuring timely disbursement of funds,” said Mr. Le Quang Quynh, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Hiep Duc commune.

Specifically, the underground repair section at Ba Cui Km34+400, part of the project to repair and remedy damage to the DT.615B route caused by Typhoon No. 12 and heavy rains since October 26, 2025, is being expedited.

The project involves the construction of a new bridge to replace the culvert, with a bridge width of 9m and a roadbed width of 7.5m. The bridge has a simple two-span structure, each 9m long; the approach road is 162m long. The total investment is approximately 8.5 billion VND.

The People's Committee of Hiep Duc commune has actively coordinated the compensation and land clearance work and completed the handover of the land to the investor for construction according to the plan. The units have mobilized maximum manpower and equipment, and organized continuous construction to ensure that the project is put into use before June 30, 2026.

In Viet An commune, local leaders and specialized units recently inspected the progress of several basic construction projects. Among them, the road project leading to the Na Son - Dong Binh production area, with a total investment of over 34 billion VND, has currently reached 46% completion. Once completed, the road will serve transportation needs, facilitate goods movement, promote production development, and attract investment.

In addition, the project to upgrade and renovate the commune's central gymnasium, with a total estimated investment of 1 billion VND, and the Ong Hoi bridge project were also inspected.

Following the inspection, the leaders of Viet An commune requested that the relevant units promptly complete the necessary legal procedures and documents. They also urged the concentration of manpower and resources to accelerate construction progress and ensure the quality of the projects. Specifically, the road leading to the Na Son - Dong Binh production area must be completed before the rainy season, and the Ong Hoi bridge should be completed before June 30, 2026.

Dialogue and resolving land-related issues.

In Tien Phuoc commune, to expedite land clearance and hand over clean land to the construction unit, the local government recently held a public meeting to inform residents about the project and hold a dialogue with 34 households in Binh An village affected by the road construction from Binh An 2 bridge to the flood bypass section.

This project is approximately 1,130 meters long, with a total investment of nearly 28.5 billion VND, and is expected to be implemented from 2026 to 2028. This is a project of significant importance in completing transportation infrastructure, serving socio -economic development and improving the lives of people in the area.

“Quickly disclosing information is the way to build trust and consensus among households, ensuring good compliance with the State's policies on compensation and land clearance. The People's Committee of Tien Phuoc commune will require relevant departments to do a good job of advising and ensuring the progress of the project,” said Nguyen Hung Anh, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tien Phuoc commune.

Meanwhile, in Que Son Trung commune, the local authorities are focusing on coordinating efforts to overcome difficulties and accelerate the progress of the Go Dong Mat Industrial Cluster project. The project, covering an area of ​​50 hectares, is currently undergoing adjustments to its implementation schedule.

Que Son Trung commune is currently carrying out investment procedures for the road section from Highway 27.QS to this industrial cluster with a total investment of 7.5 billion VND. Regarding the resettlement area serving the project, the city has issued a document requesting a change in the investor's role to the City Land Fund Development Center.

Regarding the aforementioned project, following a recent on-site inspection, the leaders of Da Nang city requested that relevant units urgently complete the land clearance for agricultural land in 2026. At the same time, they requested a review and study of investment in resettlement areas and transportation routes connecting the industrial cluster, creating a synchronized infrastructure to attract investment.
