A foundation for stable growth.
In 2025, Agribank Tuyen Quang 's total mobilized capital reached VND 14,717 billion, an increase of VND 2,182 billion compared to 2024, achieving 194% of the plan. Total outstanding loans reached VND 13,888 billion, a growth of 17.6%, achieving 138% of the annual plan. All basic financial indicators met and exceeded the set requirements.
Notably, the non-performing loan ratio was controlled at 0.56%, much lower than the set target, reflecting improved credit quality and rigorous risk management. Service revenue reached VND 60.9 billion; debt recovery after risk management and provisioning were fully implemented, ensuring system safety.
Credit flows continue to focus on agriculture, rural areas, small and medium-sized enterprises, cooperatives, and household businesses – key sectors in the province's economic structure. Prioritizing capital for high-tech agricultural development programs, green economy, and digital transformation in production has contributed to positive changes in production organization and increased added value. The results achieved in 2025 will serve as an important foundation for the branch to enter the next phase of development with higher demands for quality and efficiency.

Growth goes hand in hand with risk control.
Ms. Nguyen Viet Ha, Director of Agribank Tuyen Quang, stated: Entering 2026, Agribank Tuyen Quang aims for a 12% - 15% growth in capital and outstanding loans, while maintaining a non-performing loan ratio below 1%. This target reflects a cautious management approach, prioritizing system safety as a prerequisite for growth. The branch will continue to prioritize capital for the "Three Rural Issues" sector, small and medium-sized enterprises, and value chain production models; while also improving the quality of loan appraisal and post-loan monitoring, proactively identifying and addressing risks early. Debt restructuring, debt recovery, and risk management will continue to be implemented synchronously to ensure credit safety.
Along with that, digital transformation is considered one of the key solutions. Agribank Tuyen Quang is promoting the application of technology in management, operation, and service provision; developing e-banking and cashless payments; simplifying processes, shortening processing time, and improving customer experience.
In its 2026 plan, Agribank Tuyen Quang will continue to link its business activities with the political tasks of the locality. Credit capital will be allocated according to the province's development orientation, supporting key programs, contributing to stabilizing production, creating jobs, and increasing income for the people.
Alongside its business activities, the branch maintains strong social welfare programs, supporting policy beneficiaries, impoverished households, and disadvantaged families, and participating in disaster relief efforts when necessary. The focus on improving the lives, ensuring employment, and providing stable income for its staff and employees continues to be a priority, creating a solid foundation for long-term development.
