The bank continues to be a pioneer in issuing green bond frameworks, financing over VND 16.4 trillion for renewable energy, sustainable transportation, and green agriculture projects in the first nine months of 2024 – significantly higher than the same period in 2023. Techcombank also collaborated with Gaia to implement a series of actions to plant and manage 31,850 new trees in degraded watershed forests. These new trees have been and are being planted in Vietnam's most important nature reserves, contributing to the government's goal of planting 1 billion trees.
