Independence Day full of love

National Day September 2 (Independence Day) has long been a great festival for the whole nation. This year, the National Day atmosphere is even more bustling and meaningful when people across the country, including Thai Nguyen, receive a special support policy of 100,000 VND/person. This is a humane and practical policy of the Party and State, contributing to bringing complete joy, so that every family has more conditions to celebrate the great national holiday.

As of 5:00 p.m. on August 31, basically all residents of Group 11 (Gia Sang Ward) have received support gifts for the 2025 Independence Day.

This policy was implemented nationwide on the occasion of National Day, September 2 this year. Millions of people in all regions of the country benefited, demonstrating the spirit of “leaving no one behind”, so that Independence Day truly becomes a festival for all people, from lowlands to highlands, from urban to remote areas.

In Thai Nguyen alone, the joy spread to every village, hamlet, and residential area. In Group 11, Gia Sang Ward, Ms. Nguyen Thi Duc emotionally said: The support amount is not large but very meaningful. We feel happy, excited, and have more faith in the care of the Party and State.

The atmosphere of receiving Independence Day gifts also took place in Dai Phuc commune, where more than 39,000 people benefited from the policy with a total budget of over 3.9 billion VND. By the end of August 31, about 98% of the people in the commune had received support. Mr. Bui Tien Dung, a resident of Trung Tam hamlet, shared: The policy came in time, helping people to be happier on the occasion of National Day. We are very excited.

Not only in the central areas, in the northern communes and wards of the province, the payment work was also implemented urgently and synchronously. In Duc Xuan ward, Mr. Pham Van Dai (group 11A) shared: The gift affirms the practical concern of the Party and State for the people.

Officials and party members in Duc Xuan ward volunteered to spend the entire holiday to help deliver gifts to representatives of each household in the area.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa, Head of Group 11A, said: The residential group has closely coordinated with the government and the police force to review and pay, ensuring that no subjects are left behind.

According to statistics, the whole Thai Nguyen province has 1,745,569 people receiving support, with a total budget of more than 174.5 billion VND. The provincial Finance Department has coordinated with localities in making lists, allocating funds and monitoring the payment process.

Thanks to the drastic and urgent participation, by the end of September 1, the payment work was basically completed, ensuring publicity, transparency and correct beneficiaries. Mr. Mai Trong Tan, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, said: To have quick and timely results, the Finance sector has closely coordinated with the Provincial Police, departments, branches and 92 communes and wards for synchronous implementation.

Duc Xuan ward residents receive gifts on the occasion of National Day September 2.

In many localities, officials, party members and neighborhood leaders volunteered to spend the entire holiday delivering gifts to each household. Ms. Tran Thi Hong Nga, Secretary of the Nguyen Bay Neighborhood Party Cell, Song Cong Ward, shared: When receiving the task, despite the holiday, the group officials still proactively arranged their work from early morning to deliver gifts to the people. We consider it a joy and also a responsibility to serve the people.

With the drastic direction and synchronous implementation from the province to the grassroots, the National Day support policy quickly reached the people, demonstrating the care and sharing of the Party, State and local authorities, contributing to bringing complete joy on the great national holiday.
