This policy was implemented nationwide on this year's National Day, September 2nd. Millions of people across the country benefited, demonstrating the spirit of "leaving no one behind," so that Independence Day truly became a festival for the entire nation, from the lowlands to the highlands, from cities to remote areas.
In Thai Nguyen province alone, the joy spread to every village, hamlet, and residential area. In Group 11, Gia Sang Ward, Ms. Nguyen Thi Duc emotionally said: "The support may not be large, but it is very meaningful. We feel happy, excited, and have more faith in the care of the Party and the State."
The atmosphere of receiving gifts for Independence Day was also lively in Dai Phuc commune, where more than 39,000 people benefited from the policy with a total budget of over 3.9 billion VND. By the end of August 31st, about 98% of the people in the commune had received support. Mr. Bui Tien Dung, a resident of Trung Tam hamlet, shared: "The policy came at the right time, making people even happier during National Day. We are very excited."
Not only in central areas, but also in the northern communes and wards of the province, the payment process was implemented urgently and synchronously. In Duc Xuan ward, Mr. Pham Van Dai (Group 11A) shared: "This gift affirms the practical concern of the Party and the State for the people."

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa, Head of Group 11A, said: "The neighborhood group has closely coordinated with the government and the police force to review and disburse payments, ensuring that no eligible person is missed."
According to statistics, 1,745,569 people in Thai Nguyen province received support, with a total budget of over 174.5 billion VND. The provincial Finance Department coordinated with local authorities in compiling lists, allocating funds, and monitoring the payment process.
Thanks to decisive and urgent efforts, by the end of September 1st, the payment process was basically completed, ensuring transparency, accountability, and targeting the correct beneficiaries. Mr. Mai Trong Tan, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, said: To achieve quick and timely results, the Finance sector closely coordinated with the Provincial Police, other departments and agencies, and 92 communes and wards to implement the plan synchronously.

In many localities, officials, Party members, and neighborhood group leaders volunteered their entire holiday to deliver gifts directly to each household. Ms. Tran Thi Hong Nga, Secretary of the Party Branch of Nguyen Bay neighborhood group, Song Cong ward, shared: "When we received the assignment, even though it was during a holiday, the group's officials proactively arranged their work from early morning to ensure the gifts were delivered to the people on time. We consider it both a joy and a responsibility to serve the people."
With decisive leadership and coordinated implementation from the provincial to the grassroots level, the support policies for National Day quickly reached the people, demonstrating the concern and sharing of the Party, the State, and local authorities, contributing to bringing complete joy on this great national holiday.
