Accordingly, the service fee for international passengers departing the country will increase by 390 baht, to 1,120 baht (approximately 34 USD) per person.

The six airports applying the new fee are Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang, Chiang Mai, Mae Fah Luang Chiang Rai, Phuket, and Hat Yai. However, the passenger service fee is already included in the airfare, meaning passengers do not need to pay it separately at the airport.
