Rapidly rebuilding houses for flood victims

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just launched “Operation Quang Trung” - a rapid campaign to build and repair houses for households affected by floods in the Central region. These days, in provinces from Ha Tinh to Lam Dong, the army, police and local authorities have laid the first bricks, working together to repair and build houses, bringing smiles back to families before the Lunar New Year 2026.
