Initially, the factory only had a few sewing machines and a small number of workers. However, thanks to gradual expansion of production, improved product quality, and building a reputation with partners, the company's production scale has steadily expanded.

To date, the company has invested nearly 30 billion VND in building infrastructure, purchasing machinery and equipment for production, operating 40 sewing machines regularly, and opening an additional production workshop in Tho Van commune, creating a stable production system to meet the increasing demand for orders.

Currently, the company's two factories provide employment for over 50 workers, mainly local residents, with an average income of 8-10 million VND per person per month, depending on productivity. This is a relatively good income compared to the general standard in rural areas, helping many families significantly improve their living standards.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Nam, residing in Zone 12, Son Vi, Phung Nguyen Commune, is one of the company's long-time employees. She stated: "I've worked at the company for six years. The job is stable, the working environment is clean, and I earn about 8 million VND per month, enough to cover living expenses and support my family. What I find most convenient is working close to home."

Currently, the company's garment factories maintain stable production with a fairly large output. On average, the company produces 15,000-20,000 large packaging bags and approximately 40,000-50,000 small packaging bags per month for export. The products are manufactured according to partner orders, ensuring technical and quality requirements are met.

To meet order deadlines, the company consistently focuses on improving the skills of its workers, refining production processes, and investing in additional machinery and equipment. As a result, labor productivity is continuously increasing, and the products manufactured meet market demands effectively.

In addition to focusing on production development, the company also cares about the well-being of its employees. Social insurance, wages, bonuses, and support in times of difficulty are all fully implemented, creating long-term loyalty between employees and the company.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich, the company's director, the company will continue to expand its production scale in the future, investing in more modern machinery and equipment to improve processing capacity and create more jobs for local workers. In addition, the company hopes to access preferential loan sources to expand its factory, invest in technology, and develop sustainable production.
