Establish review boards for the draft.

Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Hoang Dao Cuong signed Decisions No. 1112, 1113, and 1114/QD-BVHTTDL on the establishment of councils to appraise draft documents.

Specifically, Decision No. 1112/QD-BVHTTDL on the establishment of the Appraisal Council for the draft Circular regulating the inventory of cultural heritage, the publication of the inventory list of cultural heritage, and the addition, relocation, and alteration of artifacts in relics; classification of relics and antiques; storage facilities for documentary heritage; cultural heritage with restricted use and exploitation; and guidance on the exploitation and use of the national database on cultural heritage, clearly states that the Appraisal Council for the draft consists of 21 members, chaired by Mr. Pham Cao Thai, Director of the Legal Department, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Decision No. 1113/QD-BVHTTDL on the establishment of the Appraisal Council for the draft Circular detailing some regulations on the preservation, restoration, and rehabilitation of historical relics; economic and technical norms for the preservation, restoration, and rehabilitation of historical relics, clearly states that an Appraisal Council with 17 members is established, chaired by Mr. Pham Cao Thai, Director of the Legal Department, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Decision No. 114/QD-BVHTTDL on the establishment of the Appraisal Council for the draft Circular detailing the professional tasks of museums; sending and storing artifacts and documents on intangible cultural heritage, relics, antiques, national treasures, and documentary heritage; research, collection, and documentation of intangible cultural heritage for Vietnamese people residing abroad, foreign organizations and individuals; research and collection of documentary heritage; programs, documents, and organization of training and professional development for personnel managing, protecting, and promoting the value of cultural heritage, clearly states that an Appraisal Council with 19 members is established, chaired by Mr. Pham Cao Thai, Director of the Legal Department, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

The Decisions also state that the Appraisal Council will cease its activities and dissolve itself after the conclusion of the appraisal council meeting. The Department of Cultural Heritage, as the lead agency responsible for drafting the Circular, will ensure funding for the appraisal work in accordance with the law.
