DNO - On the morning of August 9th, the Da Nang City Land Development Center held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the center and its regional branches, specialized departments, and personnel appointments within its authority.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Phan Thai Binh requested that the City Land Development Center properly perform its functions and duties, focusing on land development to achieve the ultimate goal of land clearance.

Following the establishment decisions, the City Land Development Center promptly streamlined its organization, structure, and personnel. This included focusing on reviewing personnel management, planning, supplementing plans, and strengthening the staff, especially management personnel.

In addition, the City Land Development Center will consider issuing, supplementing, and improving working regulations, and strengthening and reorganizing coordination regulations (with wards, communes, and city departments and agencies).

After its establishment, the City Land Development Center needs to do a good job of compensation and resettlement, focusing on land clearance for key projects, primarily the North-South high-speed railway project passing through the city, the National Highway 14D project, and many other key projects.

In the process of implementing tasks and work, avoid the situation of "resettlement for resettlement," strive to reduce complaints and lawsuits related to land issues, aiming for a 20% reduction in the number of complaints and lawsuits each year; adhere closely to regulations, be decisive, responsible, and cautious, but do not shirk or avoid responsibility, and do not refrain from doing things for fear of making mistakes; unity is essential from the Party Committee and the Board of Directors to all levels of management and the entire center to implement tasks efficiently, effectively, and efficiently.

The process of preparing work files from the outset must be rigorous and follow proper procedures, minimizing the need for coercive measures. The City Land Development Center needs to conduct thorough research on relevant regulations and organize training to effectively carry out its tasks and produce concrete results.

Previously, on July 22nd, the People's Committee of Da Nang City issued a decision establishing the Da Nang City Land Development Center. On July 28th, the People's Committee of Da Nang City issued a decision stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Da Nang City Land Development Center.

The Da Nang City Land Development Center is a public service unit directly under the Da Nang City People's Committee, with the function of creating, developing, managing, and exploiting land funds; organizing compensation, support, and resettlement; receiving land use rights transfers from organizations, households, and individuals; organizing land use right auctions; and providing other services in the field of land.

In terms of organizational structure, the City Land Development Center is organized into 4 specialized departments, including the Office; the Compensation, Land Clearance and Surveying Department; the Land Management and Development Department; the Auction and Land Pricing Department, and 15 regional branches covering multiple wards and communes.
