A playground for the aspirations and inner strength of youth.

Participating in the competition for the first time, two female students majoring in Mathematics Education at Quang Binh University, Tran Ngoc Phuong and Tran Nu Hong Ngoc, made a special impression by winning first prize in the student category with their startup project of selling handmade woolen gifts.

Driven by a passion for crafts and an unceasing spirit of creativity, the two young people spent over three months meticulously preparing, from brainstorming ideas, researching the market, analyzing competitors, to designing prototypes, developing financial plans, communication strategies, and implementing sales channels.

Beyond their crafting skills, the team proactively applies technology such as 3D design and digital marketing tools to elevate their products, creating personalized, unique, and emotionally resonant gift items.

The project not only meets the growing demand for personalized products but also demonstrates a systematic and clearly defined entrepreneurial mindset. In the future, the team aims to expand local production, develop a professional sales system, enhance promotion on e-commerce platforms, and target the international market through collaborations with businesses and travel companies. With thorough preparation, a proactive spirit, and a desire to spread value through small things, the project impressed the judges and achieved the highest ranking in the student category.

As can be seen, besides the handmade wool gift business project by authors Tran Ngoc Phuong and Tran Nu Hong Ngoc, this creative startup competition is truly a gathering place for many bold and serious startup ideas.

Eighteen competing projects, divided into two categories: youth entrepreneurship and student entrepreneurship, showcased diversity in fields, creativity in approach, and clear depth of expertise and sustainable development orientation. Many projects went beyond mere ideas on paper, already having prototypes, revenue, partners, and initial market access.

Products such as: chewy dried bananas coated with coconut, Bo Chinh ginseng capsules with Doc De honey, e-commerce platforms in Laos, and straws made from lotus plants... clearly reflect the innovative thinking and strong commitment of young people in their entrepreneurial journey. Each product, in addition to its creative touch, is imbued with local values, a humanitarian spirit, and a commitment to community responsibility and environmental protection.

In the student entrepreneurship category, the organizers noted the meticulous preparation, from marketing strategies and market analysis to personalization and environmental friendliness in each project. Furthermore, many projects clearly defined their target customer groups, identified appropriate distribution channels, and notably, transformed traditional folk remedies into modern consumer products, such as cough syrups and cough candies with a "green, healthy, and clean" approach.

The youth entrepreneurship movement has also witnessed remarkable progress. Models such as "Healthy Vegetarianism - Sowing Green Seeds," "Organic Bamboo Shoots," and "Bo Chinh Ginseng with Doc De Honey" not only focus on economic efficiency but also emphasize local identity, cultural connection, and community tourism development. Young people are no longer starting businesses solely for the purpose of getting rich, but also with a greater ideal: creating sustainable value for the community.

Despite numerous challenges, such as limited resources, technology, and branding, the solid foundation of ideas, coupled with a spirit of learning, perseverance, and belief in self-worth, has given each project immense vitality. The competition serves as a springboard for these entrepreneurial seeds to continue to grow and bear fruit in the future.

From dream to action - spreading a powerful entrepreneurial spirit.

According to Mr. Dinh Trung Hieu, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union and Chairman of the Provincial Children's Council: The most outstanding feature of this year's competition is the clear maturity of the contestants, not only in their presentation style but also in their economic thinking and product development strategies. Many young people, even in their twenties, convinced the judges with their sharp arguments, strong critical thinking skills, and admirable confidence.

The lively presentations, coherent arguments, and professional introductory videos also contributed to highlighting the entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to enrich themselves through their inherent intelligence among the younger generation. For them, starting a business is no longer a "far-fetched dream," but a reality every day, in every product, every story, and every practical action.

Projects that are starting to become profitable, have a clear market, have expansion plans, and especially have the trust of the community are very encouraging signs for the innovative startup movement in our province.

As the competition concludes, the journey of creative entrepreneurship for young people does not end but continues with many new hopes. The competition is not only the destination but also the starting point, where beliefs are "sown," passions are ignited, and new values for the future are formed.

With their innovative ideas and unwavering commitment to challenges, these young people have demonstrated their intelligence, courage, and ambition. They are the exemplary driving force behind the development of a green, clean, and sustainable economy in their homeland.

“We have the right to expect that today’s young generation is ready to step out of their comfort zone, dare to think differently, and act differently to create new, smarter, and more humane economic models. And from this competition, we can also have confidence in a renewed, dynamic, integrated, and sustainably developing Quang Tri that is gradually taking shape from the internal strength of its youth,” affirmed Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Dinh Trung Hieu.
