Strengthening solidarity between Vietnamese and Vietnamese military women

Authorized by the Chief of the General Department of Politics, Colonel Nguyen Thi Thu Hien - Head of the Military Women's Committee (PNQĐ) chaired the conference. 

Implement the Cooperation Plan between Ministry of National Defense Vietnam - Laos in 2024, the training course for female cadres of the Lao People's Army was held from October 18 to November 10 for 11 female cadres of the Lao People's Army led by Major General Phay Von - It Tha But. The training course received the attention and direction of the Head of the Ministry of National Defense, the Head of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam - Laos Army; the coordination and support of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Ministry of National Defense, the functional agencies under the General Department of Politics, directly the Office and Group 11.

The training course introduced 10 topics on women's work and women's work in the Vietnam People's Army. The organizers, lecturers and officers participating in the training actively and enthusiastically studied and exchanged, finding similar issues and new issues in women's work in the two countries. In addition, an important content was a field trip to the actual activities of women's work in the Vietnam People's Army at some units under: General Department of Defense Industry, General Department of Logistics, Military Region 2, Military Region 4, Air Defense - Air Force, Armored Corps, Special Forces.

In which, the delegation of Lao Women's Army cadres participated in the Dialogue at the Women's Army Department and attended the opening and closing ceremony of the Lullaby and Folk Song Festival. music The theoretical and practical issues provided in the program help cadres participating in the training draw experiences, as a basis for effective application in women's work and building the women's movement of the Lao People's Army.

The training course was successfully organized with learning activities, tours and exchanges according to the plan, the program was scientifically and closely organized; coordinated and cooperated with agencies, units and lecturers; checked and urged to ensure the most thoughtful preparation and smooth implementation.

The training course ended with a good impression and warmth in the solidarity between the women of the Vietnam People’s Army and the women of the Lao People’s Army.
