Every year, during the general health check-up season, the HR team atFPT is always on duty 24/7. Tens of thousands of employees nationwide need to schedule sampling and general check-up; Excel spreadsheets are full of data, thousands of emails and responses requesting to change schedules every day.

In 2025, that “nightmare” was resolved when HR redesigned the entire process so that Maya – a virtual HR assistant developed by FPT – could participate in automating many steps. Maya, on behalf of HR, sent more than 20,000 reminder messages, answered questions, and compiled feedback in just a few hours, giving HR time to focus on higher-value activities: listening to and improving employee experience.

In the company's internal life, Maya helps handle more than 50,000 support requests from 13,000 employees each month, from leave registration to meeting room bookings. Behind Maya is an AI Agent platform based on a large data warehouse of tens of thousands of employees, helping the system understand context and respond flexibly.

Meanwhile, in the production sector, FPT engineers have the “AI translation assistant” SkyTrans, which helps to remove language barriers in the global working environment. SkyTrans can translate one million characters in less than a minute, supports more than 100 languages and 20 formats, and customizes the tone, helping cross-border meetings run smoothly. After 10 months of launching, SkyTrans has now surpassed 8,000 users, processed 1.1 billion characters and saved the unit 16 billion VND in translation costs.

These are just two of more than 1,000 AI Agents that FPT has developed to enhance human capacity and create happiness in all operations, learning and innovation. With the philosophy of “Think big - Start smart - Develop fast”, each AI Agent is tested by FPT for 6-8 weeks and is only expanded if it proves to be clearly effective.

In just 2 months, Itochu successfully deployed a generative AI platform developed from IvyChat - a solution applying large multi-agent language models, supporting data analysis, multi-language translation and connecting cross-border working groups. After one year, the solution has been expanded to Itochu branches in 65 countries and continues to be deployed in many fields of finance, insurance, and manufacturing in the US, Japan and Europe.

In the insurance sector, FPT has developed the AI Agent Digital Platform (AIDP), a platform that unifies all operations on a single application, currently serving more than 15,000 agents at two leading insurance corporations in Asia - Pacific . A representative of one of the two corporations shared that AIDP helps the consulting team increase productivity by 10%, the number of quotes sent each month by 25% and customer satisfaction levels have significantly improved. With these breakthrough results, AIDP was honored with the Sao Khue 2025 award and is expanding to many international markets.
