Surveys conducted at the 308th Division, 312th Division, 368th Brigade, and the Technical Department of the General Staff (1st Army Corps) show that: Party committees and commanders of agencies and units have intensified emulation efforts to ensure that officers and soldiers thoroughly understand the resolutions and directives of higher levels; the theme, purpose, requirements, and content of the 2023 Emulation Movement for National Defense; and have completed the basic political education program and the dissemination and education of laws for all target groups according to plan... Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hai Anh, Commander of the 308th Division, said: "The effectiveness of directing emulation movements towards training and combat readiness is clearly demonstrated through the unit's training results in the first six months of the year.
