In the early days of his assignment at the 18th Regiment, 325th Division, Captain Luong Dinh Tu, Assistant for Propaganda and Training, Political Department, faced numerous difficulties and challenges due to the large workload, while he himself had just undergone political retraining and had limited practical experience. To complete his nhiệm vụ, he proactively learned, actively researched, and sought methods to improve the quality of propaganda and training work. Stemming from the need to innovate political education in the unit, he directly developed more than 50 electronic lesson plans, designed 20 illustrative video clips, and built 40 sets of electronic multiple-choice question banks for each topic. A highlight was his initiative to implement the "Digital Political Lecture" model, combining electronic lesson plans with illustrative images, video clips, and interactive question systems, transforming otherwise dry political lessons into more lively and engaging ones, helping soldiers to easily absorb and actively participate in learning.
