Starting from the previous school year, High School for the Gifted has completely changed its enrollment method. In particular, the most prominent is stopping the recruitment of non-specialized classes and opening more specialized classes according to fields, such as specialized classes in natural and technology sciences, and specialized classes in social sciences.
Classes in the fields of natural science and technology will focus on improving interdisciplinary thinking capacity in solving problems in fields such as: natural science, life science, health science, technology, environment...; at the same time applying information technology, artificial intelligence combined with STEM education topics to orient related careers.
Specialized classes in the field of social science focus on improving interdisciplinary thinking capacity in solving problems in such fields as: culture, politics, economy, society...; at the same time, applying information and communication media, knowledge of culture and people, and related career orientations (psychology, sociology, economics, journalism, law...).
