As part of the 2nd festival program "Honoring Vietnamese Coffee - Tea" in 2024, Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper organized a short writing contest "Impressions of Vietnamese Coffee - Tea" to create a playground for readers to compete. .

The special feature of this contest is the short writing capacity with a word limit of 400 words. With a very diverse theme, the contest has received enthusiastic responses from readers across the country. In addition to the entries about impressive and long-standing spaces, cafes and tea shops; unique ways of preparing and enjoying, there are also many works telling unforgettable memories related to these two drinks. In particular, from the daily habit of drinking tea and coffee, many authors have contemplated coffee culture, tea ceremony, and human philosophy.
In just over 20 days of the contest, nearly 400 articles from near and far readers were submitted for the contest. There are authors who submitted nearly 20 entries, while there are authors who are still in their teens, or authors over 80 years old who are also very enthusiastic in participating in the contest.
Newspaper Jury Council Workers completed judging the writing contest "Impressions of Vietnamese coffee and tea". Accordingly, 12 readers had quality articles that met the set criteria of the contest.
On that basis, Newspaper Workers held an announcement and award ceremony of the contest at 18:30 p.m. on March 31 at Gigamall Shopping Center (Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City).
