The two aforementioned businesses are among the 56 exemplary businesses recently honored by the City Federation of Labor as "Businesses that take good care of the lives of their employees in 2025".
According to Le Van Dai, Vice Chairman of the City's Labor Union, in the emulation movement "Enterprises that take good care of the lives of workers," 82 enterprises in the city participated last year, submitting applications for recognition. After evaluation and consultation with relevant agencies, the Standing Committee of the City's Labor Union selected 56 enterprises that met the criteria for recognition. These are units that strictly comply with labor laws, focus on improving working conditions, welfare, and the spiritual well-being of workers, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations. Caring for workers is not only a social responsibility but also a long-term development strategy for enterprises.
The Vice Chairman of the City's Labor Union expressed his hope that in 2026, the emulation movement would continue to spread more widely, with more practical activities and more businesses being honored. Through this, a responsible society and a profound corporate culture would be built, ensuring employment, increasing income, improving working conditions, welfare, and the spiritual well-being of workers. When workers' rights are protected, trust is strengthened, work morale and productivity will be enhanced, creating motivation for businesses to overcome difficulties and adapt to market fluctuations. From this foundation, the Da Nang business community is gradually affirming its role in accompanying the city in the goal of building a humane working environment and developing the economy in conjunction with social progress and equity.
