Building on the approach of the Dong Ha City Youth Union in the past, which involved "Using social media as a means of communication and a space for youth solidarity," the youth of Nam Dong Ha Ward have breathed new life into the work of the Youth Union and the local youth movement, integrating technology into the thinking and actions of urban residents.

A unique and innovative aspect of the Nam Dong Ha Ward Youth Union's online space is the "revolution" in content and form of expression through a modern digital media ecosystem, smoothly operated via an official Fanpage system closely connected to each secure Zalo group of the neighborhood youth union branches.

Directives, activity materials, and official news are transmitted directly to each member's mobile phone. During meetings and congresses, QR code scanning for electronic documents is widely used. The ward's Youth Union social media page features visually appealing infographics, short videos that keep up with the "green trend," and emotionally engaging digital podcasts.

The core team of Youth Union officials has been trained to proficiently use AI tools, Canva, CapCut, and Premiere... applying them to the Youth Union's propaganda and educational work. As a result, the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, and examples of good people and good deeds, viewed through the lens of technology, become more vivid and appealing to young people.

Community digital technology teams and "Digital Literacy for the People" teams have been widely deployed. The Nam Dong Ha Ward Youth Union established three volunteer youth teams to assist 2,000 people during a 90-day peak period at the Ward's Public Administrative Service Center and the Ward Police's One-Stop Service Department. Through these efforts, they guided people in filling out over 500 application forms, saving them time and money; assisted elderly people with procedures for receiving social retirement benefits; guided them in installing the VNeID application; registering accounts for online public services; installing electronic payment applications and the VNeID application on smartphones; and assisted the elderly and those unfamiliar with technology in using electronic devices.

According to Cao Hai Van, Secretary of the Youth Union of Nam Dong Ha Ward, digital transformation in Youth Union activities is not about chasing technology, but rather about changing mindsets and bringing practical value to Youth Union members, young people, and the community.
