* Mr. LE THANH BINH (Secretary of the Youth Union of Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City):
A message about strategic autonomy.

General Secretary To Lam 's speech conveyed many messages about the will for strategic autonomy, self-reliance, self-strength, and national pride; about the aspiration to rise up, and about unwavering faith in the path chosen by the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, and our people.
With the congress's decisions serving as a "launching pad" for a new era of development, the congress clearly illustrates the spirit, responsibility, and role of each Party member and official in realizing important national development goals.
As a young party member and civil servant, I found those shared experiences inspiring and motivating.
Therefore, I will study and understand these things to apply them to my practical work, especially to convey them to union members and young people so that they can promote the active role of youth as pioneers, innovators, and volunteers in building and developing our homeland to become increasingly prosperous, beautiful, and civilized.
* Mr. HUYNH TUAN KHUONG (Secretary of the Youth Union of the University of Science , Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City):
A strong aspiration to rise

I personally feel that we are standing at a crucial historical milestone, embarking on a new path of development with a strong aspiration to rise to greater heights.
Never before has the dream of a democratic, prosperous, happy, and strong Vietnam been closer to us than it is today, even though we also face many challenges and urgent demands.
General Secretary To Lam's speech instilled in the youth a sense of national pride, self-reliance, and a great responsibility in contributing to the realization of the aspiration to lead the country "to advance strongly and steadily in the era of national progress." "Unity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development" serves as a historical imperative, urging the entire nation to work together and act decisively for the future of the country.
We are deeply aware that the younger generation is the vanguard force in realizing the two strategic goals of the nation's 100-year period set forth by the Congress. Each young person will be a "lighting torch," contributing to strengthening the people's faith in the path chosen by the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, and our people.
As students, we must constantly cultivate our knowledge and master modern science and technology, as Resolution 57 of the Politburo has established that science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation are key drivers for improving national productivity, quality, and competitiveness.
Furthermore, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit, daring to think and act, transforming creative ideas into practical projects that serve the community, and actively participating in the national digital transformation process are considered key to Vietnam's breakthrough in the digital age.
We understand that "every year, every month, every day after the congress must have concrete results" so that every small action today will contribute to great achievements tomorrow.
* Mr. Dang Van Khoa (Member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front):
Paving the way for a new era.

This 14th National Congress of the Party brings back to me the days of the 6th National Congress of the Party - the congress that renewed thinking and initiated the national renewal process, freeing the country from constraints to "break free" and develop strongly, bringing prosperity and happiness to the nation.
Since the Sixth National Congress, our country has gradually achieved remarkable accomplishments and attained the position it holds today.
The 14th National Congress of the Party is paving the way for the country to enter a new era, not simply a new term. It is expected to "open up the institutions," introduce groundbreaking policies for the development path from 2026 to 2030, and shape the destiny of our nation for many decades to come.
I am delighted that, in the history of our country's development, through more than 10 congresses, for the first time we have made environmental protection a pillar of development.
Vietnam in general and Ho Chi Minh City in particular aim to become a livable place, with Ho Chi Minh City striving to be among the top 100 most livable cities globally by 2030.
However, a livable city is not just about wide roads, high-speed trains, bustling shopping centers, and people having enough to eat and wear; it must also be a green city with a clean environment. I hope this congress will realize this correct policy.
* Ms. Luu Tuyet Phuong (Party Branch KP19, Bay Hien Ward, Ho Chi Minh City):
We hope for outstanding policies to promote the development of science and technology.

As a young Party member, I am very proud and have high expectations for the 14th National Congress of the Party. As General Secretary To Lam stated at the opening session of the congress, the congress has the historical responsibility of establishing policies that will serve as a "launching pad" to successfully achieve the country's 100-year strategic goals.
The documents of the 14th National Congress also identify science and technology and digital transformation as key drivers of development. I expect the 14th National Congress to pave the way for many outstanding policies to develop science and technology, especially expanding and improving education and training in the field of science and technology.
Young people should have access to and participate in scientific research from their time in school. In addition, it is necessary to quickly remove bottlenecks that hinder creativity and the mechanisms for promoting the operation of technological products by young people.
I believe that young Vietnamese citizens have the capacity and acumen to master advanced science and technology from around the world if our country has favorable development policies. The Party should also continue to pay attention to policies that attract young intellectuals and experts to return to the country to work.
As Vietnamese people, no matter what job we do or where we live, we always look towards our homeland and always have the aspiration to contribute to our country.
* Representative Nguyen Thi Thanh Mai (Director of the Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City):
Implementing policies that are close to the people and for the people.

This is the first time I have had the honor of attending the National Party Congress, and I truly feel the special significance of this event.
General Secretary To Lam's speech left a very deep impression on me. Not only because of its strategic vision, but also because of the sincere and persuasive way it conveyed the spirit of "putting the people first."
In the draft documents, the people are no longer viewed simply as beneficiaries, but are identified as the center, the subject, the goal, and also the driving force and resource of development.
In my opinion, this is not just a political message, but also a profound reminder of the responsibility of every leader and every representative to the trust and expectations of the people. When people are placed at the center, all policies must aim to improve the quality of life, expand development opportunities, and unleash the creative potential of the entire society.
The spirit of national unity, evident throughout the documents, has made me appreciate even more the meaning of the phrase "unity of purpose." In the context of the country facing major transformations, where science and technology, innovation, and knowledge are key driving forces, the unity, consensus, and trust of the people are the most solid foundation for moving towards the future.
I expect the 14th National Congress to usher in a new phase of development for the country – a phase where innovative thinking goes hand in hand with concrete action, where all policies are reflected in the lives of the people. I believe that the spirit of "putting the people first" will not only remain in declarations, but will be realized through specific, people-oriented, and people-serving policies.
The people place their hopes in the 14th National Congress.
- Mr. Tran Han Co (An Xuyen ward, Ca Mau province): "I hope that future policies will pay more attention to self-employed workers and small traders. People expect the State to continue investing in infrastructure, especially in the Ca Mau peninsula area, so that the locality can catch up with other provinces and cities."
- Mr. Le Hoang Dung (Binh Thoi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City): "As a businessman, I hope the business environment will continue to be stable and more open in the future. People also hope that policies on land, taxes, and administrative procedures will be synchronized so that small businesses and traders can feel secure in doing business."
