The PC08 unit of the Binh Thuan Provincial Police is currently investigating and resolving a railway traffic accident that occurred at 9:14 PM on June 7, 2025, at Km 1518+400m on the North-South Thong Nhat railway line, in Liem Thuan village, Hong Liem commune, Ham Thuan Bac district, Binh Thuan province. An unidentified woman was injured and taken to the Binh Thuan Provincial General Hospital for emergency treatment.

Currently, this woman is unable to communicate or provide information to identify her identity and background.

In order to conduct an investigation, verify, and resolve the aforementioned railway accident in accordance with the law, and to coordinate the rescue of the victims, the PC08 Department of the Binh Thuan Provincial Police is announcing a search for the relatives of this woman.

Identifying characteristics: approximately 1.55 meters tall, thin build, curly hair, dark complexion (photo included), suspected of having mental instability.

Therefore, the Traffic Police Department of Binh Thuan Provincial Police announces to all agencies, organizations, and the public to cooperate in finding the relatives and identifying the woman involved in the aforementioned traffic accident.
