Duc Linh District Party Committee said that, in the spirit of Conclusion 114, the District Party Committee has directed agencies, units, and localities to link the implementation of mass mobilization work with their political tasks. From here, each agency in the area has proactively supplemented working regulations, reviewed and issued regulations on office culture, increased public reception, and focused on resolving all types of citizen petitions. The results of a survey on people's satisfaction with public administrative services in the district show that for many consecutive years, it has reached over 98% for normal procedures. For the land sector - a complex field that can easily cause frustration, the satisfaction level through the survey also reached a high rate - 90%.
In addition, the People's Committee of Duc Linh district also directed to reduce the time for handling administrative procedures, simplify the process and increase information transparency. Party committees and authorities at all levels also proactively increased dialogue, held meetings with people, and sought people's opinions before implementing projects that affect community life. At the meetings, many valid suggestions from the people were received, explained specifically, and adjusted promptly, contributing to protecting the legitimate rights of the people.
In particular, through implementation, the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" in Duc Linh has become a concrete action in building new rural areas. The district has also built and effectively promoted many models in each field. In the economic field, the most prominent models are "Aquaculture cooperative" or "Linking and consuming tissue culture banana products and duck farming" in Tra Tan and Tan Ha communes... which have helped many farmers escape poverty, gradually rise to have a stable income, ensure their lives, and many households are well-off.
In the cultural and social fields, there are the models of "Youth Flower Road", "Learning Unit, Learning Community, Family to Encourage Learning and Talent" in Me Pu Commune, "Women's Groups to Pool Savings and Revolving Capital" in Duc Tai Town, "Domestic Violence Prevention" in Sung Nhon Commune, and "Supporting Children in Difficult Circumstances" in Tan Ha Commune.
In the field of national defense and security, there are the models: "Security light" in 12 communes and towns, the model "Residential area ensuring traffic safety" in Vo Xu town, the model "Security key chain" in Duc Tai town, the model "Protestant association without juvenile lawbreakers" in Me Pu commune... Up to now, the above models continue to be effective, regularly appreciated by all levels and sectors because they both contribute to socio-economic development and contribute to the task of ensuring security and order in the locality.
It can be said that after 10 years of implementing Conclusion 114, mass mobilization work in Duc Linh has had many innovations and achieved remarkable results.
