Evening dresses inspired by Vietnamese culture
Recently, Linh Nga Couture officially launched its spring-summer 2026 collection at Paris Fashion Week (France). The evening gown collection named Soul of the Dragon's Vein has 25 different designs. Each design honors the beauty of Vietnam's heritage, from the legend of the founding of the country with ancient communal houses, to ceramic, bamboo and rattan motifs imbued with the soul of the homeland.
The evening gowns are meticulously hand-embroidered with thousands of beads, crystals and metallic embroidery threads. Each stitch reminds the wearer of ancient craft villages. This is also the designer's way of skillfully blending traditional craftsmanship with a modern feel.

The shimmering metallic material, the surface of organza, silk and tulle is treated, creating the effect of dragon scales changing color according to the light. When moving, each shimmering fabric fold brings magic as well as a sense of power.

On the fabric, stylized motifs from blue and white ceramics, bamboo weaving, and winding rattan are printed, embroidered, and delicately attached.

The color palette of the designs reflects the intersection between reality and the past, including earthy brown and brick tiles evoking the colors of soil and ceramics; emerald green and young rice green like the colors of fertile hills; vermilion and gold symbolizing prosperity and spiritual strength.
